It has take me a while to get around to writing this updated review. As I am conflicted. We really like everyone at Divers Inc and have had some great experiences, but also had an unacceptable one. Hence removal of just the ONE star.
The learning experience was WONDERFUL! Lessons etc. Went on a couple dive adventures with them and had a wonderful time.
Feel like I received comprehensive training and know that I can travel around the world and dive with confidence.
I am hoping that post covid they have been able to train and retain some staff. I believe our negative experiences were related to the delightful staff just being overworked to the point of failure. That being said, I'm still very disappointed that an oversight that shouldn't have happened, ruined our ten day Caribbean diving trip.
