Not the most welcoming reception at all. It’s like they don’t even want you there. Usually from past experiences the dive centers I went into the staff were all cheerful and happy to communicate and tell you what’s going on. Here they couldn’t care what you did to be honest so I am not impressed and won’t be spending my money as they don’t deserve it!
Rather try another Centre as I am sure they will be happy to have you!
I’ve seen your reply, and yes I know I have the right place. I come to Sodwana Bay Lodge every year and this if the first time I’ve seen the dive shop in a new location but the same people, but very disappointed. It was an older lady that spoke to me. - via
