Our experience was poor. The day we had our reservation was raining hard and they pushed us to the following day. we asked for refund, they refused. It made us push our plan not to miss it. They were not professional and our instructor was trying to be funny, but we found him over doing it. The ride view was nice, but the rafting itself was not as adventurous as we expected. - via
