I would like a refund for the payment I made for the services as, regrettably, the experience did not meet the expected standards. The instructor canceled the sessions multiple times, attributing the first cancellation to a sick instructor, to which I was understanding. The second cancellation was supposedly due to bad weather, though that was seemingly untrue. Following this, there was mention of hospitalization, the validity of which I do not contest.
However, the concerning issue is the abrupt cessation of communication; my emails have gone unanswered. I only chose this service due to its listing on a PADI website, but the promised service was never provided. Furthermore, the failure to deliver the eLearning code substantiates the apparent lack of intention to carry out the training from the outset. Hence, a full refund is now requested. - via
