My husband and I recently finished a shore dive / refresher. I highly, highly recommend both Maui Dreams and Curly, our divemaster. As a newer diver, I wanted to brush up on equipment setup and buoyancy before our boat dive the following day. Curly took the time to walk our small group through equipment safety checks and repeatedly emphasized safety and technique in a straightforward way. The dive itself was incredible - full of whale sounds and reef animals that Curly pointed out throughout the dive. I went from feeling slightly nervous and apprehensive about diving to fully confident and excited (and ended up booking two more dives after the refresher). I highly recommend Maui Dreams and their sister company Island Style Diving for both experienced and recently certified divers - the emphasis on a safe, seamless experience is top notch. - via
