Dealing with the big round guy at this place felt like a scam and was just unpleasant.
Zero customer service etiquette. This was recommended by my hotel and when I got there they changed the price that was advised to me - major red flag.
Eventually ended up taking the bike because it was still cheaper than Ubud or Kuta. But getting to the agreement point was a hassle.
