We chartered Paula Catamaran for a day trip as part of a two-week honeymoon in Bali in October 2019 and had an amazing time that we can highly recommend. We did not realize that we could do something like this in Bali and was pleasantly surprised as we sail a lot of times in the bahamas with the exact same set up but this felt nicer. We were not keen to go on a public boat as I do tend to get a bit seasick and didn't feel comfortable going in a closed speedboat situations with lots of people. It was just the two of us on the boat with the amazing crew, who was super friendly and laid back and also mastered the art of being on hand at all times yet still making it feel as though it was just my hubby and I alone together. It was the best of both worlds, the crew was there to manage everything to do with the boat and the route and where to stop and where to snorkel. The captain mapped out a great route - it was very easy going and on the way back we were surprised by dolphin sightings! That time of year probably. Makes your heart skip a beat!
All in all we had a fantastic time in beautiful surroundings, lovely food on board and we went up to Jungut Batu as recommended to get dessert and ice cream and to take in the sights and had a very relaxing experience. Highly recommended. - via
