Great product range and excellent customer service with helpful sales staff who are prepared to understand your requirements and give good advice. I didn't review them at the time of my purchase but I'm really happy with their recent customer service so have come back to lodge a review. I placed my order over a year ago but it was some time before I used my snorkel mask. A pin that secured the strap broke after I'd used the mask for a couple of hours. Even though by this time the mask was out of warranty and the manufacturer wasn't helpful, Mikes Dive Store said they would take it up with the manufacturer and because the manufacturer was taking too long to respond to them, Mikes Dive Store replaced the entire mask for me.
