We wanted to take breakfast so that we could learn about the place and during our next trip, we could consider staying at this hotel. Hostess didn't allow us, arguing that the place was full. She didn't offer any alternative to later know it. Definitely, was not the expected service. I will not plan on staying on this place, nor to recommend it. - via
