Great customer service! Ordered from them online and one of the products was out of stock. I recieved an email that one of the items was out of stock. They offered to substitute with an available color or refund. They did try to call, but I have a bad phone number. When I called back, all I said was my name and they knew what was going on! I didn't have to give an order number or long explanation for my call. It was awesome! It's so aggravating when companies leave your order on hold and then just cancel if the item is out of stock. I super appreciate their offer to do the best they could do and give me a choice! I also really appreciate that they were aware of the problem and who I was when I called. I don't need these types of items often, but I'll always shop here when I do! - via
