The actual management of this company (not the booking agency) was terrible. Zero empathy or understanding, just out to make a quick buck with poor machines. We spent time talking to Robert and he continued to talk in circles instead of making things right. I wish we could say that they made everything right when our boat broke down but that is is NOT the case. Do not do a private boat rental with this - via
