Update: After four months I managed to get the dispute resolved in my favor, after speaking to my bank and talking back and forth with the club. Advice to people who do go here - don't list *any* medical conditions on the form (you'll need to get signed approval from a doctor), and check if the weather is good before booking. Best of luck, if you end up going I'm sure it's worth it.
Original: I was supposed to go skydiving the same day I purchased the memberships but due to a medical paperwork issue they would not let us go. James kindly offered to refund me and not charge my card, but he did anyways. I reached out multiple times to get it reversed and filed a dispute with my credit card company, but they fought it and won. Beware, unless you're perfectly healthy and the weather's good I would NOT recommend going here. What a waste. - via
