Our group of three was looking to jump. Let's first ignore the wonderful experience of actually falling from the sky, descending towards the Earth to first discuss the folks at Skydive Shenandoah. They are wonderful people: welcoming, understanding, and it was just a joy to meet them. If any questions or issues were had, they would be answered thoroughly, dealt with properly, and immediately. We initially had to reschedule our jump due to weather conditions. Safety is one of their top priorities. During the interactions with the staff, they were professional but did not miss the opportunity to throw in a few jokes. These were just the people at the front desk (6 out of 5 kind of people). The instructors and other staff in the hanger were equally as pleasant, joyful, and friendly. Now, the instructors that we jumped with? They were of the same quality. I personally had the privilege to jump with Henrik. He was very professional and walked me through the procedure when putting on the harness as well as the when in the aircraft, making sure I had an understanding of what will and was happening. I mean, do I even need to "jump" into the details of falling through the sky or seeing the beauty of Autumn while floating under canopy? I think not. After landing, as we came back to main office, we were greeted yet again with smiles. We chatted a bit and were informed of their events calendar. I will definitely be looking through that!

Don, Cassie, and the entire Breezeway Bubbles team are awesome! They are so helpful, kind, and patient when working towards your open water certifications, participating on fun dives, or while shopping for gear. This is a great dive shop and I would highly recommend getting certified or furthering your skills through them!! - via
