NOT RECOMMEND!! Terrible customer service provided through the phone. Had a booking for today and was calling them for 2 days to check about the weather situation. Didn’t receive any call or message and I called them again and the lady on the phone was so rude. Let me talking by myself and hang out the phone call. Then I called again and Renee was super nice but after the experience with the lady I won’t be jumping with you anymore. I got the credits but I will be asking for a refund and doing it with other company more professional and friendly. - via google
