Deceptive possibly fraudulent return policy. Do not buy equipment here! I'm a beginner snorkeler and got to the point where I wanted some of my own gear. The staff helped me find and size fins, snorkel and mask which I thought would work well. We told the staff throughout the process that we would be snorkeling the next day at Hanauma bay. They told us to bring anything back if it didn't workout. Once in the water I wasn't able to seal the mask with the snorkel in. (Something you wouldn't be able to tell unless you take the equipment into the water.) Kind of ruined the experience having to fight with the equipment while trying to explore.
The next week I tried retuning the mask because of the issues and they wouldn't take the return because we had gotten it wet. I feel lied to, nobody said don't get it wet. $150 life lesson learned . DON'T BUY HERE! - via
