It ended up being pretty awesome. We had a few hiccups, but in the end they made it right. They had cancelled on me once because the ocean conditions honestly weren't good so they gave me a voucher to come back. The voucher was good for 6 months. By the time I came back to California the voucher had expired, but they were kind enough to extend my voucher. The experience in the ocean was awesome. The water was beautiful. The sea lions swam right up to us. The fish were gorgeous. The entire ocean experience was amazing. When we came back again they had to cancel because the owner is very ill. And still is from the sounds of it with serious health issues. We ordered 2 cameras but one was defective so they refunded us our money that week. Even though we had a few hiccups they made it right everytime. Obviously if you care about your money and time you will make sure to stay on top of them. They get busy so don't be afraid to keep calling and texting them asking for updates. - via Google
