My wife and I are certified divers! Let me tell you a few things that are great about this place! 1. The price is great compared to other dive shops here in San Antonio when it comes to certification.
2. They don’t nickel and dime you for extra things
3. They don’t push sales and they are very understanding (we plan to buy gear from them after our honeymoon).
4. The dive experience was great! It’s a family friendly environment. They literally had their family out diving with us (as they are certified trainers as well). We had 5 trainees with us the day of our open water dives with 6 master divers. We felt very safe, they made my wife feel very comfortable as this was a new experience for her.
All throughout the dive they kept asking us if we were okay.
They always told us “if you feel nervous, slight panic, talk to us, let’s get you comfortable” they never pushed the dive. They gave great advice about how taking it slow as we are going down, and if you feel that anxiety within your own head over come it before going deeper because you don’t want to be going deeper and have that panic feeling taking over your other senses.
Tim and his wife are great! and so are Terry and Tina!
You could tell they all love diving and wanted to make sure that we have a fun and safe environment. Great customer service and great positive attitudes. All the instructors knew how to have a good time, but they knew when it was time to be serious and focus.
