Long overdue, as this experience was over 2 years ago, but wanted to say thank you to the kind lady who makes the calls to remind/prepare their customers for their upcoming skydiving experiences:
What was meant to be a routine check-in was turned into a cancellation by me due to a sudden divorce situation mess and this lady was an absolute angel through all my embarrassing T.M.I about that moment of my life. Thank you for giving me hope in the midst of all that (and allowing me the opportunity to reschedule with the deposit!). A Google review is no justice for all the kindness you offered me that short phone conversation, but please accept this as a humble bit of gratitude for the hope you offered me that day.
Good people giving great customer service is a gift for any company - hopefully I can give you a hug one day when I'm back out there to see my daughter... and perhaps sky dive with High Sky, too.
