Non-existent customer service. If you don't believe me then try calling them over several days and I assure you that they will be "busy" (and good for them if they are!) but 3 emails over several days left unanswered? Just close the shop and stay out on the water, braski!
Now that we have a conversation I will increase from a one to a 3 star review. Not sure where the emails went to and not sure whose fault this is but the other problem is that Google search said that it would be delivered by Thursday August 4 which is why I initiated the dispute in on Friday August 5th ie OVER ONE WEEK BEFORE THE PRODUCT ARRIVED.
