Worst experience ever on the NYC Snow bus on 01/19/19. Bus came about 45 minutes late while we were standing outside waiting. When we finally arrived around 10a, as we're walking out of the bus we're told that we have to return at 1:30p because roads will be closed due to weather. How inconsiderate..
Please note that we paid $150 per person and spent more time on the NYC Snow Bus than we did Skiing & Snowboarding due to arrival and departure time of the NYC Snow Bus. This was a complete waste of time.
By the way, the bus driver and operator left a family behind because they did not want to wait a few extra minutes. What a sad excuse to want to go home early. Please have this investigated as the bus driver/operator were not professionals at all. The least that can be done is a refund since we paid more than normal as it was a Holiday weekend (MLK). - via
