I ordered a Garmin T1 transmitter and a pair of Scubapro Go Sport fins from the online store. Recieved a call from Mick to apologise and tell me the fins were on back order from Scubapro and check when I needed them for and as it was a few weeks I said I would wait. He dispatched the transmitter and I had it next day so great service. Mick has kept me updated all the way and as it was getting close to my trip, I searched and found a pair in stock at another dive store, so contacted Mick to see how the order was progressing. Unfortunatley not good as there is a lot of delay in getting stock and so Mick refunded the fin order price same day.
I have had such great friendly advice and assistance and would not hesitate to reccomend Dive A Lot Scuba. The test of a good business is not when things don't go smoothly, it's when they don't go to plan and how they deal with them and I had great customer service from Mick. - via
