I was completely blown away by the level of service, explanation, and instruction. All you had to do was show up. From wearing the wetsuit to climbing into the boat, to proper behavior when interacting with the manatees they made everything so easy. Facility itself was very clean and organized.
Captain Bruce and John were fantastic. John has a zeal for this, and his excitement and passion was incredible. You can tell he loves what he does. It’s rare to meet people that bring this infectious energy.
As far as the manatees go, I saw so many I couldn’t even tell you. Going in the winter months is colder but you’ll see so many manatees. - via
