I paid Derek (the store manager) in advance for my daughter’s swim lessons. Then when we went in to the afternoon class the following month. As we were getting ready to enter the pool room , he came into the waiting area and said my daughter was not on the list. I informed him 3x we paid already. Derek said the class was full and her name was not on the list. This made my daughter really sad and she cried. He went to the front computer to check, then realized we did pay.
My kids are into other activities nowadays so we don’t attend this place anymore. I just had that one unpleasant experience. Overall, I liked the setup and swim instructors. - via
