It used to be a great place, but the service had been ruined by certain groups over tipping which has had a detrimental effect. They will not cook pancakes and omelettes to order. Difficult to get a good cup of coffee. The rooms are a little tired, but are very clean. The animation are any but animated and rarely engage with guests, unlike pre covid days when they were a huge asset to the resort and finally the reef has no where near as much aquatic life, not the hotels fault, maybe just the time of year or another victim of climate change. Although the food is still very good, plentiful and varied. - via
