Just did the pool portion of my open water certification, and it was wonderful. Kim, my instructor, was incredibly helpful, and you could tell she knows what she's doing. When water got up my nose at the bottom and I panicked, she followed me up to surface, ensuring I was breathing and was fully inflated once I got there. The shop itself is great, a lot of options and the staff are very friendly. - via
