The owner miran called himself Mr. Flexibility in his emails when we booked the trip, and promised flexibility regarding the length of our rental period. but when we arrived in mostar no date- flexibility was possible any longer. He argued with a misunderstood 24h notice period in his email. I gave him the chance to proof that he at least sticked to his interpretation of the 24h notice period, but he never did. When i asked for a small discount due to the lack of (promised) flexibility he became angry and insulting. - via
