This company refuses to acknowledge that they are sending rancid smelling sheets to our massage studio each week. Most of our deliveries are more than half unusable due to a rancid smell in the sheets. When we try to discuss the issue with our account manager Ramon, he claims no other locations have reported the same problem. We surely cannot be the only ones. Before entering into contract with this company, ask yourself if this is the kind of service you want for your business. The problem has been going on for as long as we have been using them and they are unwilling to get to the bottom of the issue and correct it. - via
