Very near the sea. Staff are courteous.. rooms are clean... and the rates will be reasonable when traveling with four people sharing a room and quite comfortable at that. For couples, it is quite on the high side. When booking, request a room with a balcony and the sea view as there is another building not facing the sea. Cellphone signal is not available in the rooms which is a good thing..one goes to batanes to commune with nature. Food is average but there are restaurants on walking distance but reservation must be made to get a table. You can have food to go and bring this back to the hotel and enjoy in your balcony. - via
