We were looking for SPA in the area today And this hotel nam…
We were looking for SPA in the area today And this hotel name come up. We arrived there around 6pm. The receptionist guy told us it’s not opening , which is ok. The lady was sweet, but when we ask the guy can we see the property and see the room. We are interested stay there. He was mumbling in Thai.. and telling us NO in very judging and condescending way. So we felt not very welcomed. It looks like very nice hotel from our side. With our short experience i think the soft service has room to improve. - via
