Extremely rude owner. Here is what happened: to reserve, they accept only bank transfer, no card or PayPal. This is really not convenient and the commission charge is expensive. Without IBAN number(I live in France where the bank need IBAN to do transfer), I cannot do it with my bank , so Ulriche(the owner) told me to do it with some agency. It took me a lot of time and finally I decided to give up. Then the owner insulted me : “You waisted my time you moron” . Look at others comments, see how they react when it comes to money. Anyway, I’m glad that I find out early. - via
