Overall, the encounter was amazing! The trainer was knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. The actual event was more than I could imagine. I highly recommend this excursion!
But, beware the photo lab. We bought the package with all the pictures and the video. We did receive the photos 48 hours later, but there was no video. We especially paid more for the package with this video. When I emailed the lab, once I was back in the States, I was told my video was corrupted. They would refund my money ($30) if I gave them my card info when they called. Needless to say, I did not receive a refund. - via
