I loved my dives with Phoenix! A super friendly, funny, and conscientious team who keep the groups small and the dives safe. I initially booked 2 fun dives in Koh Haa and had such a great experience I then booked on for another 2 dives in Koh Bida (plus I had the option to join a wreck dive at the end, and having that flexibility was really nice).
As it had been a long time since my last dive I was able to do a refresher session in the pool which calmed my nerves - Zach was amazing at taking me and another student through the open water skills and leading us (patiently) on our Koh Haa dives. He was really encouraging and I was just able to relax and enjoy myself.
Brent was my dive guide for Koh Bida and he is very passionate about the wildlife which is awesome - eyes like a hawk! I saw a lot of the much smaller marine life because of him, most of which I would have just swum straight past.
And then of course there's the boat team, Aonna at the desk, the snorkeling and free diving crew.... they're all lovely!
Everything was taken care of for me (pick up, food, equipment) and the atmosphere was just relaxed and fun, it was the highlight of my trip :) I'd encourage anyone to go with Phoenix. - via
