I purchased a Groupon, and was so excited to finally use it when they were able to open back up after the lockdown, but I found it impossible to get scheduled. I called and they don't answer, but the message says to go to their website to book a time. I did that, but it kept brining me to a blank page. I sent them a message via their website to inquire further, but got no response for over a week, so I called them.
Again they didn't answer, so I left a message. Almost a week later, no response from either inquiry. I finally had to request a refund from Groupon. I'm really disappointed, because they are close to where I live and I heard great things about them. I know they are probably slammed, which is why I waited a week between each time reaching out, but two weeks with nothing is just too much. - via
