I was originally supposed to have a lesson at Sunset Beach w/ one of the instructors, but she couldn't make it. Cary, the owner himself, called me to apologize and offered me a lesson directly with him. He definitely takes pride in his school and is an expert on all things surf. He wants to make sure you know ALL the necessary info on waves, tides, etc. - basically you'll become an oceanographer by the time you catch the first wave :). He gave me valuable advice and showed me how to level up my surf. Thanks Cary! - via
