Overall it’s been a great stay. However, a warning to those who like/need a cool room temperature, our room has been uncomfortably warm the entire week we’ve been here. The thermostat is set as low as they’ll let you go. We asked the front desk if they could bring the temp down a few degrees but they said no. Several other guests have had the same complaint as well. Also, I got sick on day 4 of being here from something I ate/drank. Never a fun experience especially with several sleepless nights of being uncomfortable, hot, and nauseated.
With that being said, it’s a great resort. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, pools, beach and snorkeling is outstanding! My two kids have had a blast! I’d definitely consider returning again if the AC situation improves. - via
