It’s a nice shop and has a lot of good equipment. I bought a mask from their old location that’s still going strong several years later. This was my first time taking a certification course with them, however, and I was less impressed. The course itself was fine; however, they didn’t submit the paperwork to PADI for a full month. I called multiple times and was told it would happen “soon.” It seems like they submit paperwork for a lot of people at once, from what I was told on the phone, but they should be transparent about that in case you need your certification card at a certain time. I probably will not go back to this shop. - via
