Had very bad experience at Scuba Tofo during the ocean safari. We were placed with a large group who were time bound. The bad weather made it almost impossible to spot the whale sharks and we were unable to snorkel afterwards. When I said something about this afterwards I got an unfriendly response from the owner/manager. We ended up paying $50 for 2 hours on a boat in pouring rain and not seeing an animal. The safari should have been cancelled or a solution afterwards because this is no way to do business. - via
