I made an online purchase for a Garmin Epix. They already had a great price, but I found another online competitor with a lower price. I contacted them on the chat feature and Morad quickly replied that they would honor the lower price. Paid the invoice and my item was shipped next day and arrived in 3 days. Great customer service, friendly and good to do business with a local shop vs. the big online ones. - via
