Rapture canceled our trip with no notice and would not refund our money. They “closed” a camp temporarily and told us to use another of their camps 5,000 miles away.
Be very cautious booking with them. Too many other legitimate surf camps to go to.
Rapture, your response contains a lie. We rebooked because of Covid at your demand, and then you canceled our trip this March. No other resort in the area is closed!!
You only offered a trip at your Bali or Europe location in exchange for you canceling. I had to call and email you several times over 3 weeks to even find out that you closed your Costa Rica camp. Going to Bali or Europe was not an option as we already had flights and time off booked. Plenty of other camps to stay. You canceled and should refund our money. - via
