We couldn’t go out due to the weather, which happens. We tried to be as flexible as possible, but both days, the port didn’t let anyone out.
Casa del Buceo kept $120 USD of our deposit, and did not provide any service. Why not a full refund? That’s a good question.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. Unless you are going same day when the weather is nice, maybe the team is good, but I wouldn’t reserve in advance again with them due to their lack of flexibility. - via
