While I had the time of my life with BoBo; I paid to have my experience filmed and I have yet to receive my video. My fiancé has received his and I have been assured that the video would be sent and it has NOT! I wouldn't be so upset if I didn't spend $180 for footage but they have my money and I have no visual memories of the experience I paid for! This was also for my birthday. I was told to purchase the session online and I would receive a birthday discount; which I didn't. I didn't make a fuss about that but to not have the video on top of not receiving a discount, is unacceptable! - via
