Thank you to Newcastle JetSki Centre. Mark and Scott provide an excellent customer experience, they go above and beyond what is expected in customer service.
A lot of business claim that they “put the customer first”. Newcastle JetSki Centre just do it, no fuss, no fanfare about it, just good customer service, excellent product knowledge, great updates and communication.
I live 370kms away, a five hour drive. I’ll buy no where else, have my Ski serviced no where else, and happy that by doing so, I’ll be well looked after.
I recommend them to anyone who wants great service, no nonsense sales, and superb customer service. - via
