Signed up my son for certification classes. He studied the book, was ready and excited to take the course. We were told to meet at the shop at 8 am on Saturday. No one showed up to meet us there. No phone call, email, or courtesy call.
We were blown off. Waited for an hour. Left a message. No communication.
Avoid this place. Terrible customer service. There is a much better local dive shop. - via
