My wife got our family an introduction to scuba class for Christmas. We got started late for our session( our fault ). But I was shocked at how unbelievably rude the woman behind the counter was. She spoke to us horribly and just was a miserable person. If this wasn’t a gift and my kids excited to take the class I would have walked out. That being said the Owner and our instructors were fantastic and we showed our gratitude with a tip for both of our instructors. Life is crazy and things happen so maybe next time the lady behind the counter can be a little more personable and understanding.
