Very poor experience from Sanur to Gilli Trawangan and return. No where in my ticket information was it outlined that there are multiple stops during the journey. Both trips said 3hrs duration and both were longer. The first trip was 4hrs and the return trip having an extra 2 stops than the first and getting back at 5:30 instead of original 3:45 can this hero sit down. Toilets are disgusting. No safety briefing or any communication at all from staff about stops or how long the trip will actually be, at the port or on the boat. Come to think of it, not one of the staff said a word to anyone the whole time. A sign says life jackets under the seat but there aren't. Boat not cleaned in between the last 4hr run so it's full of rubbish and still sweaty from the last people. Speaking of excessive sweat, if you go on this boat get ready to do it for multiple hours. I'm talking shirt drenched, sweat dripping the whole time. Four A/C units and only two of them were on however they didn't work properly. Everyone was dripping with sweat (I'm not exaggerating) and quite smelly. If for some crazy reason you still decide to go on this cruise don't go out the back because you think it'll be cooler, the intense fuel fumes will give you a headache that's worst than the sweating inside. Boyfriend's bag was also soaked when we got off. Way too overpriced for the conditions you'll be in. - via
