Review is solely based on my phone inquiry and subsequent visit to the store in Rincón. I called the store yesterday because I was thinking of ordering tshirts online and there is no size chart on the site. I thought of getting 2 sizes and returning one. The person who took my call, Ilana (?), was very helpful. She offered to call me back with info on returns because she wanted to attend to customers whod come into the store. Ilana checked the merchandise at her location and it turns out the store is very well stocked. I decided to go to the store today as we are staying a few towns south of there, in Cabo Rojo. I met Ilana in person. She was gracious and knowledgeable. It was a great customer service experience. Thanks, Ilana. - via
