Please can staff clean the toilets regularly! They absolutely stink and this is made worse by the fact that the same area is where the showers are located. I'd love to have a shower when I use the gym but anyone using this facility can smell the toilets from the reception area. How can one feel clean in such an environment! No security at the desk either and this is quite alarming as young children often use and frequent this sports facility. On arrival, I've walked straight past an empty desk on several occasions (including this evening) and there's been absolutely no one there to check. This poses many security risks, but is particularly alarming in terms of children and female members of this facility. Any response from management on these issues? More importantly, are you going to immediately address them? - via
