While the dolphin experience was good, i am very disappointed in all the trouble I’m going through just to get our pictures from the experience. My encounter was on November 15, 2022. They told me the pictures would be uploaded later that day. I have called every day for the last two weeks and email several people asking them to please resolve this issue and nothing has been resolved yet. I keep getting the runaround and people telling me to check back later that day and nothing has been resolved and one one is even following up on these unfulfilled promises. It’s also very disappointing to see other people’s pictures uploading every day and yet my encounter from 2 weeks ago have yet to be uploaded. - via
