I paid a deposit of $150 for a shared passenger flight in December 2012 for 2 people. The original scheduled flight was canceled due to weather (thats fine... these things happen). I then called again to reschedule another flight date, same thing happened (its unfortunate it happened a second time but they can't control the weather so..ok). I tried to reschedule a 3rd time. After several voice mails and an email, I eventually managed to get in contact and scheduled another flight.
2 days before the scheduled date (with a long weekend coming up) I contacted them again to confirm the booking, since I had not received an email confirmation like other times. I was informed that it has been canceled again... not due to weather, but because they don't have a full basket.
I asked how many people they had booked.... they said 1 other couple which canceled a week prior. Not only have they failed to provide me with the service I paid a deposit for, they failed to inform me of the potential cancellation to allow me to make alternative arrangements for my long weekend.
Since the incident (3 months ago) they have not been contactable. I have left 3 voice mail messages, none of which have been returned.They still have my deposit and have yet to fly. - via
