Very responsive and available for birthday parties. I actually did not use them for ours, but I did ask for their help in case my other plans fell through. They were very quick to respond, and we're available at the last minute, and we were very close to setting up with them. I think they deserve a good review even for the little we worked with them. I'll definitely keep them in mind for next time, and recommend them as an option. - via
